Hello, my name is Joseph Lacy. I am a full time professional licensed Realtor who specializes in the Boca Raton and Delray Beach cities of south east Florida, USA.

My professional goal is to redefine the traditional model by utilizing proven systems married to revolutionary technology to give my clients an unparalleled positive experience. I remain committed each day to providing world-class service and market-leading expertise to all my clients.

This passion for real estate began in my youth when I worked my way through Business College in Dallas, Texas. I worked on home construction sites for several years and had the opportunity to perform various types of  home construction, literally from the ground up.

In 1996 that passion for homes transformed into a full time career in residential real estate sales. I had a successful career in Texas then moved to Florida in 2010 where I've continued my Love of real property and helping people make finding their perfect next home a reality.

I'm what you might call a hyper local Realtor meaning for the last 11 years I have lived, worked and Loved the Boca Raton and Delray Beach areas specifically. While I can offer my services state wide, this hyper focused  expertise has shown to be a significant benefit to my customers when buying or selling in my two favorite cities.

My typical day begins with a lot of movement, going to the gym,  going to the office, showing homes, listing homes, prospecting and my day just goes and on and on. I LOVE to talk real estate, it's just who I am.

When I'm not showing or listing property in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach area,  I enjoy going to the beach and walking my Border Collie named Jax. My family is very important to me and my granddaughter Brandy especially. My family lives in Boca Raton and I live in Delray Beach and I am fortunate to see my family often.
